Pineapple leatherette key ring. Attached to a sturdy metal key ring. This vegan leatherette is virtually indistinguishable from real leather. However, the material is made from pineapple leaves, a residual product of pineapple cultivation. For this reason, no additional substances, such as water, fertilizers or pesticides, are required for its production. Pineapple leaf fibers are washed, enriched with PU and oven-dried. The result? Soft sheets of vegan imitation leather, which are then given a beautiful finish. After drying, the result is a soft, attractive material with the properties of leather. It's made partly from leftover fruit and partly from PU.
