How to choose your sweatshirt?

When it comes to choosing a sweatshirt to give to your employees, several elements come into play. Among them, the fabric of the sweatshirt is an element that should not be neglected so that it meets your expectations.

Step 1: choose the material of your sweatshirt

We mainly offer cotton sweatshirts (classic, recycled or organic), cotton being particularly appreciated for its softness. Its absorbent power is also valued for limiting the effects of sweat. Its insulating property makes it an ideal material for protective clothing against the cold.

We have also chosen to offer a polycotton sweatshirt (cotton and polyester). An interesting material which brings elasticity to the product while retaining the properties of cotton. The garment allows for better fluidity in movements and pills less than 100% cotton.

Step 2: choose the sleeve types of your sweatshirt

We recognize two types of sleeves on sweatshirts, raglan sleeves and set-in sleeves.

Raglan sleeves have the particularity of offering great freedom of movement. The sleeve goes up to the neckline and will be sewn from the armpits to the collar. They are often appreciated on sports clothing which requires optimal freedom of movement.

Set-in sleeves are more common, the sleeve follows the armhole from the armpit to the shoulder. The sleeve will then adapt to the roundness of the shoulder. It will be important to choose the size of the sweatshirt according to the width of the shoulders to ensure good comfort. Often size guides are available to help you in your choice.
